Clinical Instructor of Urology (Clinician Educator)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with urologic conditions
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
• Document clinical encounters
• Perform and interpret diagnostic studies
• Assist with urologic procedures
• Participate in clinical education
• Optimize APP scheduling and outpatient care models
• Support APP recruitment, onboarding, and training
• Develop standardized educational curricula and mentor APPs
• Collaborate on quarterly APP meetings and the APP Fellowship program

Requirements

M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.

Completion of a residency program in Urology.

Board certification in Urology.

Experience in teaching and mentoring advanced practice providers (APPs).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

Pay

The annual base salary for this position is $237,300.00.
