Clinical Instructor of Urology (Clinician Educator)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with urologic conditions
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
- Document clinical encounters
- Perform and interpret diagnostic studies
- Assist with urologic procedures
- Participate in clinical education
- Optimize APP scheduling and outpatient care models
- Support APP recruitment, onboarding, and training
- Develop standardized educational curricula and mentor APPs
- Collaborate on quarterly APP meetings and the APP Fellowship program
Requirements
M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
Completion of a residency program in Urology.
Board certification in Urology.
Experience in teaching and mentoring advanced practice providers (APPs).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications

Pay
The annual base salary for this position is $237,300.00.
Schedule
The position is full-time, 8 hours per day.
