About the role

The Clinical Therapist will provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients in need of mental health support.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting therapy sessions according to clinical guidelines
• Assessing client needs and developing treatment plans
• Maintaining client confidentiality and records
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or similar credential
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic interventions
