• This position is hybrid and requires at least 3 days of in-person attendance.
• The schedule will be defined once you successfully complete the training and integration process.
• We offer flexible working hours, but we expect therapists to balance their clients' needs with their own wellbeing.
• Due to high demand for sessions between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. weekdays or weekends (Saturdays/Sundays), it's important to have availability during these peak hours to succeed in the position.

Qualifications

• Masters in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited university, and currently pursuing a license in the relevant area
• Preferred to have a valid NJ mental health license
• Experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and/or adults
• Experience working with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and/or school environments
• General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, billing for insurance, and previous clinical documentation experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose mental and behavioral health issues, design and implement treatment plans, and maintain continuous documentation (including additional diagnoses, plan reviews, and clinical notes) according to the organization's policy
• Offer quality service and collaborate with a dynamic team to support the mission of supporting the community
• Create creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals
• Prepare and present individual clinical documentation for each session
• Actively participate in team clinical meetings and trainings
