Clinical Team Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee your mobile dental team, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and an outstanding patient experience
• Raise your team’s performance through goal-setting and motivation
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the mobile dental team, including scheduling and stakeholder interactions
• Step in and assist the doctor chairside as needed
• Willing to support the team clinically as state regulations allow

Requirements

• Familiarity with dental practice management software
• Travel daily with your team to patient locations
• Able to lift and transport dental equipment & supplies
• Must be able to drive a company van, hold a valid driver's license, and maintain a clean driving record

Pay

Compensation: Enjoy a competitive Base compensation ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 plus 20% quarterly ($1,000 sign on bonus included) generous incentive comp based on market growth, equity
