Job Summary

The Clinical Team Leader (CTL) oversees patient care processes, resource allocation, and patient flow coordination within the Mental Health Support Services department at the Mathile Center for Mental Health and Wellness. The position involves evaluating outcomes, adjusting resource assignments, and contributing to staff evaluations.

Responsibilities

  • Distributes work in a way that maximizes the use of available resources, including personnel and materials.
  • Coordinates work and resources to meet changing requirements in the work environment, collaborating with clinical logistics and crisis services.
  • Monitors patient care delivery and outcomes, making adjustments as needed and reporting changes to the team.
  • Evaluates individual and collective outcomes, suggesting proficiency evaluations, and providing education to fellow staff members.
  • Observes and contributes to the evaluation of patient care provided by coworkers.
  • Ensures the safe operation of the assigned unit during a specific time period, without being solely responsible for employee selection or discharge.

Requirements

  • A completed Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
  • A commitment to obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Nursing within five years of hire.
  • A valid Registered Nursing license in the State of Ohio.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Three years of healthcare experience.
