Role Overview Seeking a Clinical Coordinator (RN) to assist in planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating patient care and department operations. Acts as a clinical resource for staff and patients, supporting daily patient care activities and unit performance. Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient placement and staff assignmentsSupport nursing staff with patient care, workflow, and unit activitiesAssist with staff orientation, education, and ongoing trainingOversee clinical operations and respond to patient condition changesParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental goalsAssist with scheduling, staffing, productivity, and resource managementCollaborate with leadership on budgeting, staffing, and operational needsMaintain equipment, supplies, and a safe patient environmentPerform direct patient care as needed Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing programCurrent RN licensure in the applicable stateAt least 2 years of direct patient care experience as a Registered NurseMinimum 1 year of charge nurse experienceCurrent BLS and NRP certificationsBSN preferred
