Team Lead Clinical RN- Interventional Cardiology (Days) FT

About the role

The Clinical Team Leader, RN provides team leader responsibilities for the clinic. This position ensures compliance with regulatory, accreditation standards and Adena Health System policies and procedures. The incumbent provides direction for the clinical staff and participates in the workload as needed within his/her professional scope. The incumbent may also provide direction to clerical staff as needed. Decisions are made independently and/or in collaboration with the Manager, Clinic Staff and Operations and/or Director. This position has access to confidential information and functions under the direction of the Manager, and/or Director.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with regulatory, accreditation standards and Adena Health System policies and procedures.
• Provides direction for the clinical staff and participates in the workload as needed within his/her professional scope.
• May provide direction to clerical staff as needed.
• Decisions are made independently and/or in collaboration with the Manager, Clinic Staff and Operations and/or Director.
• This position has access to confidential information and functions under the direction of the Manager, and/or Director.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited program in Nursing - BSN required within 5 years of hire.
• RN - Registered Nurse with Current Ohio License.
• De-escalation training within 6 months.
• Basic Life Support.
• Experience in a similar capacity 1-2 years preferred.
• Medical Office experience 1-2 years nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a graduate of an accredited program in Nursing - BSN required within 5 years of hire.
• Minimum qualifications also include an RN - Registered Nurse with Current Ohio License.
• Minimum qualifications also include de-escalation training within 6 months.
• Minimum qualifications also include Basic Life Support.
• Minimum qualifications also include 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Minimum qualifications also include 1-2 years of nursing experience in a Medical Office setting.

Skills

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in an interventional cardiology department.

Pay

Hourly rate based on years of nursing experience/education.

Schedule

Full Time (40 hours per week)
