Clinical Team Lead (Days)

Role: Clinical Coordinator (RN) Supports daily patient care operations, staff coordination, and unit management. Acts as a clinical resource for staff and patients, assisting with patient placement, staff assignments, and workflow. Oversees clinical activities, responds to patient condition changes, and participates in quality improvement initiatives. Assists with staff orientation, education, scheduling, and resource management. Collaborates with leadership on budgeting, staffing, and operational needs. Maintains equipment, supplies, and a safe environment. Performs direct patient care as needed.
