Clinical Team Assistant - Hospice

About the role

JourneyCare is searching for a Full-Time Clinical Team Assistant to make a difference every day to patients and families coping with end of life illness.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least three years’ experience in clinical records management, preferably in hospice care operations.
• LVN/LPN license preferred, but not required.
• Information systems knowledge required.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct clerical personnel.
• Demonstrated good communication skills and public relations skills.
• Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.

HOURS

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

LOCATION

Barrington, IL.

Pay

Salary Range: $20-$28 Hourly - Offer Based on Years of Experience
