Clinical Systems Analyst, Senior - Ambulatory

About the role

Work with key stakeholders, end users, and team members to identify and resolve issues throughout system development phases—assessment, design, build, testing, training, and implementation. Provide ongoing support of clinical application systems in support of project operations. Take a senior role on tasks and mentor other clinical systems analysts. May direct the work of other staff members or contractors.

• Apply project management skills, tools, and methodologies.
• Lead committees, projects, and activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field OR a combination of education/experience demonstrating technical competence.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience with clinical, hospital, and/or financial applications and systems.
• Proven experience and knowledge of project management skills, tools, and methodologies.
• Proven ability to fully use and apply standard principles, theories, and concepts related to the technical discipline.
• Epic Certification required (must be obtained within 6 months of employment, including 2 test retakes).

Preferred Qualifications

• Epic Ambulatory certification.
• Experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
• At least five (5) years of work experience with Epic Hyperspace applications.

Pay

Compensation range: $107,431.00 - $161,147.00 per year (based on full-time employment of 2,080 hours per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
