We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (EEO, etc). Must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. Let's parse the posting. Content: - "EpicCare Ambulatory experience required" - Note about remote opportunity only for residents in certain states: Nebraska (preferred), Iowa, Idaho, Georgia, Kansas, Missouri, North Carolina, Texas, or Tennessee. - Unable to accept candidates requiring visa sponsorships, including OPT. - Applicants must have authorization to work in US without need for current or future visa sponsorship. - At Children’s, the region’s only full-service pediatric healthcare center... (mission statement) - Opportunities for career growth abound... - Join our highly engaged, caring team... - Children's is committed to diversity and inclusion. We are an equal opportunity employer including veterans and people with disabilities. (EEO boilerplate - remove) - A Brief Overview: Design, test, implement and maintain hospital and/or outpatient clinical IT applications. Researches and corrects system and user problems. Works with various primary care clinics, specialty departments, ancillary or inpatient units to support practice and implement changes as needed to the existing systems. - Essential Functions: list of bullet points (Analyze, design, configure, test and maintain...; Research, analyze and correct system and user problems...; Actively and accurately maintain documentation...; Build and maintain positive relationships...; Participate on project teams...; Works with the team to define process flows...; Analyze and translate workflow requirements...; Perform integrated testing...; Assists with end-user training...; Participates in on-call and monthly maintenance activities.; Regular attendance at work is an essential function...; Perform physical requirements as described in the Physical Requirements section) - Education Qualifications: Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, medical profession, or related field Required or Experience may be substituted for education. Required Bachelor's Degree Preferred - Experience Qualifications: Minimum 2 years experience in Information Technology or healthcare field Preferred and Previous Epic clinical application experience Preferred and Previous systems super user and/or trainer experience Preferred - Licenses and Certifications: Incumbents with a professional license must possess and maintain a current/valid license in the state of Nebraska or compact state license (i.e. RN, RT, MA etc.). Required and Must obtain EPIC certification within 9 months of hire and maintain the certification(s) for duration of employment in IT. Required - Work after hours and on weekends as needed is an expectation of the job. Required - Children’s is the very best for kids and the very best for your career! At Children’s, we put YOU first so together, we can improve the life of every child! We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe overview), Responsibilities (essential functions), Requirements (education, experience, licenses, certifications, work schedule?), Skills (maybe EpicCare Ambulatory experience, etc.), Benefits (not mentioned), Pay (not mentioned), Schedule (maybe mention work after hours and weekends). Since posting mentions "Work after hours and on weekends as needed is an expectation of the job." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that statement. Benefits: not mentioned. Pay: not mentioned. So we omit those. We need to include sections only if real specific content. So we can have:

About the role

with paragraph summarizing the brief overview and mission statement? The "A Brief Overview" is essentially role description. Also the initial statements about EpicCare Ambulatory experience required, remote opportunity note, etc. Could be part of About the role. Responsibilities: essential functions list. Requirements: maybe combine education, experience, licenses/certifications, work authorization, remote location restriction, visa sponsorship prohibition. But we need to follow headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The instructions say use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Requirements, Qualifications, Skills separate. However we need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements could be education and experience; Qualifications could be licenses/certifications; Skills could be specific technical skills (EpicCare Ambulatory experience, etc.). But we must not invent sections with filler. We need to ensure each section has real specific content. Let's extract: - EpicCare Ambulatory experience required (skill) - Remote opportunity only for residents in certain states (location requirement) - No visa sponsorship, must have work authorization (requirement) - Education: Associate's Degree in IT, medical profession, or related field required; Bachelor's preferred (education qualification) - Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT or healthcare preferred; Previous Epic clinical application experience preferred; Previous systems super user and/or trainer experience preferred (experience qualification) - Licenses and Certifications: If professional license, must have current/valid license in Nebraska or compact state; Must obtain EPIC certification within 9 months and maintain (certification requirement) - Work after hours and weekends as needed (schedule) Thus we could map: About the role: overview paragraph (mission statement, brief overview) Responsibilities: essential functions list Requirements: education (Associate's/Bachelor's) and experience (2 years IT/healthcare) maybe. Qualifications: licenses/certifications (EPIC certification, professional license if applicable) and maybe remote location restriction? Actually location is more a requirement. Skills: EpicCare Ambulatory experience required, plus maybe ability to work with clinics, analyze workflow, etc. But those are responsibilities. We need to avoid duplication. Let's think: The posting includes "EpicCare Ambulatory experience required" as a skill. Also "Researches and corrects system and user problems" etc are responsibilities. We can create:

That's mission statement. Then maybe another paragraph for the brief overview: "Design, test, implement and maintain hospital and/or outpatient clinical IT applications. Researches and corrects system and user problems. Works with various primary care clinics, specialty departments, ancillary or inpatient units to support practice and implement changes as needed to the existing systems." We could combine into About the role. Responsibilities: list of essential functions. Requirements: Education and experience. Qualifications: Licenses and certifications (EPIC certification, professional license if applicable) and maybe remote location restriction? Actually location is a requirement for remote work; but we could put under Requirements as well. Skills: EpicCare Ambulatory experience required. Schedule: Work after hours and on weekends as needed. We must not create sections with filler. Ensure each has content. Let's draft:

Work after hours and on weekends as needed is an expectation of the job.

We need to ensure we didn't repeat job title. No mention of Job ID. No boilerplate EEO. Good. Check that we didn't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Check that we didn't create Benefits, Pay sections. Good. Check that we didn't include duplicated lines. We have not duplicated. Check that we preserved all substantive information: Let's verify. Original points: - EpicCare Ambulatory experience required -> Skills section. - Remote opportunity note -> Requirements. - Visa sponsorship prohibition -> Requirements. - Work authorization -> Requirements. - Mission statement -> About the role. - Opportunities for career growth etc -> About the role. - Brief overview -> About the role (two paragraphs). - Essential Functions list -> Responsibilities (list). We included all bullet points. - Education Qualifications -> Requirements (Associate's/Bachelor's). - Experience Qualifications -> Requirements (2 years IT/healthcare) plus also we put Epic clinical experience and super user/trainer under Qualifications (preferred). That's okay. - Licenses and Certifications -> Qualifications (professional license, EPIC certification). - Work after hours and weekends -> Schedule. - Regular attendance -> Responsibilities (maintain regular attendance). - Physical requirements -> Responsibilities (perform physical requirements as described). - Children's is the very best for kids and career statement -> About the role (we included mission statement but not that exact line? Actually we included "At Children’s, the region’s only full-service pediatric healthcare center..." but
