EpicCare Ambulatory Analyst

About the role

Vancouver Clinic is seeking an EpicCare Ambulatory Analyst to support the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of our Epic applications. This role partners closely with operational leaders, clinicians, vendors, and Information Services teams to ensure the reliability, stability, and continuous improvement of systems that support exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Partners with operational leaders, clinicians, vendors, and Information Services teams to ensure the reliability, stability, and continuous improvement of systems that support exceptional patient care.
• Translate clinical and operational workflows into effective Epic application solutions.
• Support production systems, lead application enhancements, troubleshoot complex issues, and participate in enterprise-wide upgrades and implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years of information technology or Epic electronic health record experience in relevant healthcare or business settings.
• Experience in a healthcare setting, and/or in a relevant operational area for the position (i.e., Clinical, Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, etc.), and/or in an information technology role supporting a relevant operational area.
• Epic Certification(s) may be required depending on the specific area of application (i.e., Epic OpTime, Healthy Planet, etc.).

Benefits

Pay Range: $78,604.00 - $117,907.00

Pay

Hiring range generally between $80,177-$99,385 per year, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.

Off-site must be in Portland, Oregon or Vancouver, Washington area (must be able to attend once a month training onsite)
