About the Role

We're partnering with the world's leading AI research labs to build smarter, more reliable AI — and we need healthcare IT professionals to help make it happen. As a Clinical Systems Analyst, you'll apply your real-world expertise in hospital systems and clinical workflows to evaluate, test, and improve AI models being trained on healthcare-related content.

Your insider knowledge of how clinical environments actually work is exactly what's needed to make AI more accurate, safe, and useful in the healthcare space.

What You'll Do

  • Review and evaluate AI-generated responses related to clinical systems, EHR workflows, and hospital IT operations
  • Apply your troubleshooting and systems knowledge to identify errors, gaps, or unrealistic outputs in AI content
  • Translate clinical and operational scenarios into structured feedback that helps AI models improve
  • Audit the accuracy, usability, and technical soundness of AI responses across healthcare IT topics
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Experienced in supporting or administering healthcare IT systems — EHRs, clinical applications, hospital infrastructure, or similar
  • Strong technical troubleshooting instincts and a solid understanding of clinical workflows
  • Able to identify when AI-generated healthcare content is inaccurate, incomplete, or impractical
  • Clear written communicator who can document feedback precisely and constructively
  • Self-directed and reliable — comfortable working independently on task-based assignments

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
  • Background working across clinical, IT, and operational stakeholder groups
  • Familiarity with system configuration, testing, or implementation projects in healthcare settings

Why Join Us

  • Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside top research labs and teams
  • Fully remote and flexible — work when and where suits you
  • Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration
  • Contribute to AI development that could meaningfully improve healthcare technology
  • Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
