As a Clinical Systems Analyst, you'll apply your real-world expertise in hospital systems and clinical workflows to evaluate, test, and improve AI models being trained on healthcare-related content.
Your insider knowledge of how clinical environments actually work is exactly what's needed to make AI more accurate, safe, and useful in the healthcare space.
What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated responses related to clinical systems, EHR workflows, and hospital IT operations
- Apply your troubleshooting and systems knowledge to identify errors, gaps, or unrealistic outputs in AI content
- Translate clinical and operational scenarios into structured feedback that helps AI models improve
- Audit the accuracy, usability, and technical soundness of AI responses across healthcare IT topics
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in supporting or administering healthcare IT systems — EHRs, clinical applications, hospital infrastructure, or similar
- Strong technical troubleshooting instincts and a solid understanding of clinical workflows
- Able to identify when AI-generated healthcare content is inaccurate, incomplete, or impractical
- Clear written communicator who can document feedback precisely and constructively
- Self-directed and reliable — comfortable working independently on task-based assignments
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background working across clinical, IT, and operational stakeholder groups
- Familiarity with system configuration, testing, or implementation projects in healthcare settings
