Clinical Systems Analyst

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and improve AI-generated responses related to clinical systems, healthcare IT workflows, and hospital infrastructure.
• Apply your expertise to identify errors, gaps, or technically inaccurate outputs in AI-generated clinical systems content.
• Troubleshoot, test, and assess AI responses covering EHR configurations, system optimization, and clinical application support.
• Translate complex clinical and operational scenarios into structured, expert feedback that helps AI models improve.
• Review and rate AI outputs using clear evaluation criteria, working independently on your own schedule.

Who You Are

• Experienced in supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure.
• Strong technical troubleshooter with hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving clinical system issues.
• Comfortable working at the intersection of clinical workflows and technical systems.
• Able to evaluate technical accuracy and communicate findings clearly in writing.
• Self-motivated and reliable with strong attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows.
• Background in clinical informatics or healthcare system implementation.
• Familiarity with major EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
