Description
The Clinical Support Tech 2 is a staff position responsible for providing basic technical patient care skills under the direction and supervision of the licensed healthcare practitioner. The Clinical Support Tech 2 works in close collaboration with an assigned licensed healthcare practitioner to provide safe and quality patient care and are a valued member of the patient care team.
Job requires patient check-in through use of manual/paper or digital solution. In some cases and as necessary, role offers support to any registration related transactions including point of service collections.
Qualifications
- Degrees: High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper.
- Licenses & Certifications: Registered Medical Assistant, Basic Life Support, Certified Nursing Assistant, Emergency Medical Technician, AAMA Certified Medical Assistant, Paramedic.
- Additional Qualifications: Paramedic no experience required, EMT, CNA or MA with 2 years of BHSF experience.
- PREFERRED: Knowledge of medical terminology.
- BILINGUAL – English and Spanish.
- Minimum Required Experience: 2 Years.
