The Clinical Support Supervisor role is based in the United States and offers the opportunity to lead and support clinical teams in a remote setting. Key responsibilities include:

Requirements include:
- Experience as a BCBA with a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Minimum 2 years of BCBA experience
- Experience providing clinical supervision
- Demonstrated experience in training, mentoring, and developing clinicians or supervisors
- Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate across departments and support quality improvement initiatives
- Experience working remotely
- Willingness to travel periodically
