Clinical Support Supervisor

The Clinical Support Supervisor role is based in the United States and offers the opportunity to lead and support clinical teams in a remote setting. Key responsibilities include:

Requirements include:

• Experience as a BCBA with a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Minimum 2 years of BCBA experience
• Experience providing clinical supervision
• Demonstrated experience in training, mentoring, and developing clinicians or supervisors
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate across departments and support quality improvement initiatives
• Experience working remotely
• Willingness to travel periodically
