Clinical Supervisor

About the role

You will provide hands-on leadership, supervision, and support to our clinical staff. You will act as a representative of Clarvida when participating in interventions, court hearings, and school/community meetings. You will review client charts to ensure quality service delivery and accurate treatment plans are in place, address complaints, and resolve problems. This position offers the opportunity to provide direct counseling to an assigned caseload and gain leadership experience within the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership, supervision, and support to clinical staff
• Act as a representative of Clarvida during interventions, court hearings, and school/community meetings
• Review client charts for quality service delivery and accurate treatment plans
• Address complaints and resolve problems
• Provide direct counseling to an assigned caseload
• Gain leadership experience within the team
• On-call availability on a rotating schedule

Requirements

• Licensed as an LCSW or LCPC in the state of IL, or willing and able to become licensed within six (6) months of hire
• One (1) year of direct experience providing services to children/adolescents and families in a therapeutic environment
• Valid State Driver’s License and automobile insurance

Qualifications

• License to practice as an LCSW or LCPC in the state of IL
• One (1) year of direct experience providing services to children/adolescents and families in a therapeutic environment

• Strong clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Experience with crisis intervention and problem-solving

Benefits

• Starting Salary: $68,000 per year, with potential increases based on experience
• Hours: Monday to Friday, with flexible shifts of 9 AM - 5 PM or 10 AM - 6 PM. Occasional evening visits to client homes to support staff. No weekend work!
• Hybrid Workday: Mornings are virtual to allow for paperwork completion
• Potential to transition to a more remote setting over time

Pay

• Starting Salary: $68,000 per year, with potential increases based on experience

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, with flexible shifts of 9 AM - 5 PM or 10 AM - 6 PM. Occasional evening visits to client homes to support staff. No weekend work!
