Requirements
- Master’s degree
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFT), or Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor (LSAT)
- Experience with substance use disorders
- Experience with opioid treatment preferred
- Ability to supervise licensed eligible employees preferred
Responsibilities
- Affirms and develops overall clinical services
- Oversees counseling department staffing
- Provides in-service training to clinical staff on regularly scheduled basis
- Maintains clinical records regularly for quality and compliance with State, Federal, and any grant/funding source regulations
- Conducts mock inspections
- Manages a caseload and fills in for absent counselors as needed
