Clinical Support Staff

About the Role

Embark at Berwyn is seeking part-time Clinical Support Staff to join our IOP and PHP clinic in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. Our mission is to reduce adolescent and young adult anxiety, depression, and suicide. We are a team of empathetic professionals passionate about creating joy and healing generations together.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to PHP and IOP Program teams by facilitating groups, assisting with client check-ins, and helping clients practice emotion regulation skills.
• Comfortably work with clients aged 12-18 years.
• Prepare and supply group rooms.
• Attend weekly multidisciplinary treatment team meetings as needed.
• Engage in professional and positive rapport with clients, families, co-workers, and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of group rooms, office space, supplies, furniture, and equipment.
• Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, behavioral science, or equivalent field.
• Experience working with adolescents and teens aged 12-17 years old.
• Experience in a behavioral or mental health setting.
• Team player with a growth mindset.
• Exceptional documentation and note-taking skills, with the ability to capture clear, thorough, and organized records.
• Ability to pass a state background check.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.

Schedule

Part-Time: Flexible availability Monday - Thursday, two evenings preferred per week. Clinic operating hours: 8:30am - 7:00pm.

Pay

Pay range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.
