Clinical Support Specialist
About the role
As a Licensed Clinical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight by reviewing PSDs, care plans, clinical notes, safety plans, and other manager-assigned clinical documentation to support accuracy, completeness, quality, and compliance with organizational standards. Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support to SAFY of Ohio Treatment Directors
- Support and review, approve and/or final sign clinical documentation
- Review PSDs (Diagnostic Assessments)
- Review Care Plans
- Review Clinical Documentation (e.g., Clinical notes)
- Review Safety plans
- Other assigned clinical documentation by Manager
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in human resources or related field
- LISW, LISW-S or LPC required
- Minimum of 4-5 years of clinical oversight
