Job Responsibilities

Assisting the clinical team with administrative tasks
Working as a team player within the administrative and clinical teams
Triaging phone calls in a fast-paced office
Detail-oriented tracking to remain in compliance with regulations

Schedule and Weekly Hours

  • Monday-Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm (start time may vary depending on department needs - 8:30 am or 9:30 am). This shift includes weekend rotations.
  • Tuesday - Saturday, from 9 am to 5 pm (start time may vary depending on department needs - 8:30 am or 9:30 am)
  • Sunday - Thursday, from 9 am to 5 pm (start time may vary depending on department needs - 8:30 am or 9:30 am)

Education, Skills & Experience

  • The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of healthcare experience
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and multitask
  • Manage time and prioritize efficiently
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • PC proficiency in Google Suite, Word, and Excel
  • A professional and caring demeanor in person and on the telephone

Pay Range

$46,000-$52,000: This number reflects an average starting range for this position. Individual pay is determined through a variety of factors including experience, education, certifications, and skills and can exceed the starting range.
