Responsibilities
- Schedule Patient Appointments: Coordinate and schedule patient appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal use of provider time and resources.
- Follow Up on Referrals: Manage and track patient referrals, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with patients and referring providers.
- Afford with Patient Service Questions: Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to healthcare providers, including managing patient records, processing paperwork, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain Patient Records: Ensure patient records are up-to-date and accurately entered into the system.
- Cookordinate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with healthcare providers and other administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care and office operations.
- Compliance: Adhere to all healthcare regulations and confidentiality requirements.
