Overview of Position

Provides quality clinical supervision and work direction to direct reports, offering ABA-based treatment for individuals with severe challenging behaviors. Oversees ABA programs, conducts assessments, and manages staff performance.

Essential Functions

• Facilitates behavior programs based on ABA principles
• Conducts assessments and experimental functional analyses
• Provides parent education and intervention activities
• Learns and grows through conferences and trainings
• Supports families, community agencies, and therapists
• Supervises and trains associates
• Manages recruitment and selection processes
• Supports Behavior Technicians and Program Managers

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field
• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• CPR certification
• Crisis Management Training (Intermediate and Advanced)
• 5+ years of professional experience with ASD
• 1-3 years supervisory experience
• Experience managing severe behavior problems
• Expert knowledge of ABA methodologies and research
• Competent in conducting assessments and implementing interventions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good judgment and decision-making skills
• Positive communication and customer service orientation
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to pass physical and TB tests
• Pass drug screening

Physical Requirements

• Carrying/Lifting: Occasional up to 30 lbs., occasional up to 70 lbs.
• Standing: Occasional up to 3 hours per day
• Sitting: Constant up to 8 hours per day
• Walking: Occasional up to 3 hours per day
• Repetitive Motion/Activity: Keyboard activity, telephone use, writing
• Visual Acuity: Ability to view computer monitor and read newsprint
• Travel: Up to 50% of time
• Environmental Exposure: Regular exposure to unpleasant or hazardous working conditions
