Clinical Supervisor ($3000 Hiring Bonus)

Position Summary

The Clinical Supervisor for Tazewell, VA and surrounding areas coordinates and evaluates the day-to-day implementation of the overall program for treatment foster care (TFC). The Clinical Supervisor assists the Program Director in assuring that the Treatment Coordinator staff develop, implement and monitor effective treatment programs in TFC homes.

Essential Responsibilities

• Supervise of treatment staff.
• Oversee treatment planning.
• Provide overall clinical supervision for staff in the program.
• Perform direct clinical services.
• Uphold all standards and implementation of the Treatment Foster Care model.
• Provide documentation, record keeping, chart auditing
• Navigate EMR/EHR systems
• Establish internal and external relationships and partnerships.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in human service field.
• A professional license or license eligible preferred.
• Clearances: State Police; FBI clearance; child abuse clearance; CPSL Mandated Reporter-Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse training; any additional background checks/clearances required by state governing bodies.
• A valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.

Pay

$3,000 hiring bonus that will be paid out in two payments: $1,500 at three months of employment and $1,500 at six months of employment.
