Clinical Supervisor - Bonus

About the role

The Center for Human Development (CHD), located in Springfield, MA, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead the outpatient clinic at Pine Street. This role involves providing clinical supervision, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring adherence to best practices and funder requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular clinical supervision to master’s-level and licensed clinicians, as well as second-year interns.
• Maintain community relationships and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, client-centered care.
• Deliver oversight of daily operations and clinical guidance.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and funder requirements.
• Contribute to quality improvement efforts through chart reviews, documentation oversight, and data reporting.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in behavioral health.
• A Massachusetts independent license: LMHC (3+ years required for LMHC), LICSW, or LMFT.
• Understanding of evidence-based practices such as MI, DBT, CBT, ACRA, etc.

Qualifications

Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. The role is open to candidates who can demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care in a community behavioral health setting.

Pay

The starting pay rate is $80,000, with a rate of pay commensurate with experience.

Schedule
