For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a $10,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible Registered Nurses with up to 2 years of RN experience and $20,000 for Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of RN work experience. Eligible candidates must be hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position. Bonus amount is prorated for Part time hires; per diem hires are ineligible. Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months’ separation from employment.

Advance your nursing leadership career as a Registered Nurse Clinical Practice Supervisor with our Pediatric Gastroenterology team. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with leadership in a supportive, patient-centered environment where collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) with no weekends, plus the flexibility of one remote workday each week after training. As part of a close-knit team of dedicated professionals, you'll mentor and support nursing staff, partner with providers and clinical leadership, and play an integral role in delivering exceptional care to pediatric patients and their families.

Responsibilities

The Supervisor – Clinical RN role is responsible for supervising assigned staff within the assigned work area(s).

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  • Current State of Maine Nursing License or eligible for licensure to practice in Maine.
  • Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
  • Two years of RN experience required; experience in area of specialty may be required.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $89,980.80 to $121,721.60 per year. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
  • No weekends
  • One remote workday each week after training
