About the role

The Clinical Supervisor RN FT ICU position at South Texas Health System is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations within the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations in the ICU, ensuring patient care quality and safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide direct patient care as needed, demonstrating clinical expertise and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Current RN license in good standing with the Texas Board of Nursing.
• At least 2 years of acute care nursing experience, preferably in an ICU setting.
• Experience in supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
