About the role

The Clinical Supervisor RN IR position in McAllen is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations within the Intensive Rehabilitation department. This role ensures patient care quality, staff development, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations in the Intensive Rehabilitation department
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
• Develop and implement staff training programs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
• Assess and address patient safety concerns
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
• Current RN license in good standing with the state of Texas
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience
• Experience in rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of rehabilitation protocols and procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
