About the Role

They provide mentorship, recognition, and support to foster a collaborative environment while holding care providers accountable for responsibilities and adherence to policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate staff performance and manage resources efficiently.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels, patient flow, and bed management.
- Collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes.
- Provide mentorship, recognition, and support to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Hold care providers accountable for responsibilities and adherence to policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
- Current RN license.
- 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
- Relevant certifications such as BLS, TNCC, ACLS, ENPC, or PALS.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Strong communication and clinical competence.
- Skills in data assessment and team leadership.
