About the Role

The Clinical Supervisor ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care by competent staff. They collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes and ensure appropriate staffing levels, patient flow, and bed management. The supervisor serves as a leader who inspires shared vision, promotes positive change, and models professional standards with a proactive and engaging approach. They provide mentorship, recognition, and support to foster a collaborative environment while holding care providers accountable for responsibilities and adherence to policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate staff performance and manage resources efficiently.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels, patient flow, and bed management.
• Collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes.
• Provide mentorship, recognition, and support to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Hold care providers accountable for responsibilities and adherence to policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Relevant certifications such as BLS, TNCC, ACLS, ENPC, or PALS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Strong communication and clinical competence.
• Skills in data assessment and team leadership.
