About the role

The Clinical Supervisor ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care by supervising competent staff, optimizing resource utilization, and meeting productivity and financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with administrative personnel, physicians, and staff to improve processes across units
• Ensures appropriate staffing
• Manages patient flow and bed allocation
• Models professional standards and promotes positive change
• Provides mentorship, recognition, and supports staff development
• Holds care providers accountable to policies and regulations
• Participates in evaluations in partnership with the Clinical Manager

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program with an active RN license
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience
• Current healthcare provider card
• Certifications in TNCC, ACLS, ENPC, or PALS preferred
• Excellent communication, clinical competence, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
