About the Role

A Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising and monitoring the work of the counselors who report to him/her and ensuring that the clients on their supervisees caseloads receive high-quality substance abuse treatment services. They are also responsible for ensuring that their supervisees meet all of Straight & Narrows personnel requirements and for assuming other responsibilities that may fall under the purview of the supervisory team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure supervisees meet all personnel requirements
  • Assume other supervisory responsibilities

Requirements

  • Masters degree in social work, Human Services or Psychology with LCADC and a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) OR LPC/LCSW and the Clinical Supervisor Certification respectively
  • A minimum of two years experience in the field of addictions treatment

Qualifications

Pay

Regular Salary: $29.00-$32.00/Hr

Schedule

Monday- Friday and one late night (flexibility needed)
