Clinical Supervisor - NJ4S

About the role

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark, one of New Jersey’s largest non‑profit social service agencies serving Bergen, Essex, Hudson, and Union counties, seeks a Clinical Supervisor for its New Jersey Statewide Student Support Services (NJ4S) program located in Union City, NJ. In response to the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the agency serves the poor and marginalized and advocates for their needs to promote the inherent dignity and worth of all people.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical service delivery for the program and maintains accountability for professional standards.
• Provides clinical supervision to clinicians in the program.
• Facilitates staff/clinical team meetings.
• Conducts screening, assessment, brief individualized clinical interventions and referrals for youth in grades 6‑12 in Hudson County Schools; services may be delivered in school, home, community, or via telehealth.
• Provides family counseling and referrals to parents of identified youth.
• Offers clinical consultation to school staff on behavior management, school routines, etc., for individual students.
• Completes all clinical and administrative documentation within program‑specified timeframes and DCF requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• LPC or LCSW licensure.
• Clinical supervisory certificate.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1‑2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience providing assessments and brief clinical interventions.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Salary: $75,000.
