We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate (EEO, etc). Must not include placeholder sections like Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. The posting includes compensation info: "LCSW, LMFT, or LPC: $94,000 - $106,000 Depending on Experience. Opportunity for compensation rewards through our 5-star program $17,000 annually. Psychologist: $132,000 - $145,000 Depending on Experience. Opportunity for compensation rewards through our 5-star program $17,000 annually." So we have Pay info. Benefits: "COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS: We prioritize your overall well-being and financial security. Enjoy a full suite of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, fertility, retirement, wellness, profit sharing and more." So Benefits section exists. Schedule: The posting mentions "Maintain a healthy work-life balance with no on-call, weekend or evening hours." Also "Flexibility in days and hours available for work including weekends." There's some contradictory: they say no on-call, weekend or evening hours, but then flexibility including weekends. However it's still schedule info. We can include Schedule section with that content. Also we have "Location: Goodyear Clinic - 1616 N Litchfield Rd, Ste.270, Goodyear, AZ 85395". Could be part of a short paragraph maybe under About the role or separate? Not required heading. We'll embed location in a paragraph. We need sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (maybe Minimum Qualifications), Qualifications (maybe preferred?), Skills (Required Skills/Abilities), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Ensure we don't create sections with filler. We must not repeat job title. Use

for each section heading. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract. Intro: "NOW RECRUITING EXPERTS IN COLLABORATION AND COMPASSION. At Family Care Center, we are on a mission to transform lives by elevating behavioral health care. PROVEN OUTCOMES: Our track record of superior outcomes, as reported by our patients, demonstrates our dedication to delivering high-quality care." That's a lot of prose; we can put in About the role section as paragraphs. Responsibilities: The "Position Overview" and "Essential Responsibilities" bullet list. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: "Master's degree in a mental health discipline required, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) preferred. Arizona LPC applicants: Must have successfully completed and passed either the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE). At least 3-5 years of professional experience doing therapy. At least three years of professional experience in clinical supervision." We could split Requirements (must have) and Qualifications (preferred). But we can combine into Requirements section. Skills: Required Skills/Abilities list: "Clinical expertise in crisis intervention, skills in working with the chronically mentally ill population, and with individuals and families undergoing acute episodes of psychiatric distress; skills in diagnosis and assessment. Ability to work as part of a comprehensive community mental health team and to represent the company in the community. Ability to lead a staff of professionals and paraprofessionals. Flexibility in days and hours available for work including weekends. Ability to adhere to the professional code of ethics. Knowledge of and ability to comply with the State Mental Health Code." We'll put as list. Benefits: "COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS: We prioritize your overall well-being and financial security. Enjoy a full suite of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, fertility, retirement, wellness, profit sharing and more." Pay: compensation details as above. Schedule: "Maintain a healthy work-life balance with no on-call, weekend or evening hours." Also "Flexibility in days and hours available for work including weekends." We'll combine: "No on-call, weekend or evening hours required; flexibility in days and hours available for work including weekends." Might be contradictory but we keep as stated. Location: Could be a short paragraph after About the role maybe not under heading. We'll include a

with location. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove that. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

About the role

Make sure no extra sections. Now craft the content concisely but preserve all substantive info. We'll need to include all responsibilities list items; that's long but okay. We'll need to escape any HTML special characters like & etc. Use & for &. Let's craft. First, About the role paragraph: combine the intro sentences into maybe two paragraphs. Paragraph 1: "NOW RECRUITING EXPERTS IN COLLABORATION AND COMPASSION. At Family Care Center, we are on a mission to transform lives by elevating behavioral health care.
