The Clinical Supervisor oversees safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care in an ICU setting, ensuring optimal resource utilization and staffing. They collaborate with administrative staff, physicians, and team members to enhance processes and patient flow, while inspiring a shared vision and promoting positive change.
Responsibilities
- Model professional standards and provide mentorship
- Recognize team efforts
- Hold care providers accountable for responsibilities and policy adherence
- Participate in staff evaluations in partnership with the Clinical Manager
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
- Current RN license in the applicable state
- 3-5 years hospital nursing experience
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or completion within probation
- TNCC, ACLS, ENPC, or PALS certifications preferred
