Clinical Supervisor - Full Time Night ICU

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect nursing care, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered outcomes.
• Supports the facility’s vision, mission, and goals while demonstrating service excellence and professional leadership.
• Oversees and guides nursing staff under supervision, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring optimal healthcare delivery.
• Assumes shift responsibilities, manages nursing staff, and supports a patient-centered care environment aligned with organizational standards.
• Demonstrates professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence to enhance patient outcomes and staff performance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN required.
• Minimum one year of full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care specialty nursing; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in cardiovascular patient assessment, 12-lead EKG interpretation, and cardiac arrhythmias; stress testing experience preferred.
• Current RN license in the state, BLS certification, and specialty courses such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP required.
• Successful completion of pre-employment assessments.
