Clinical Supervisor - Full Time Night ICU

Position Overview Responsible for providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients, families, and care partners, while leading and coordinating multidisciplinary team members to achieve safe and optimal health outcomes. Supports the facility's vision, mission, and goals by demonstrating professional leadership, overseeing staff, and ensuring adherence to patient-centered care principles. Upholds Service Excellence standards consistently. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN required.Minimum of one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in acute care specialty nursing; supervisory experience preferred.Proficient in cardiovascular physical assessment, EKG interpretation, and familiar with cardiac arrhythmias; stress testing experience is a plus.Current RN license in the state, BLS certification, and required specialty training such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP.Ability to pass pre-employment assessments.
