Clinical Supervisor - Full Time Night ICU

Responsibilities Provides leadership and oversight in patient care delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective outcomes. Supports facility goals and promotes patient-centered care based on Service Excellence standards. Supervises nursing staff, guiding their activities and maintaining high-quality standards in a collaborative environment. Demonstrates professionalism, teamwork, and a commitment to positive patient experiences. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN required.Minimum of one year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care nursing; supervisory experience preferred.Proficient in cardiovascular assessment, EKG interpretation, and familiar with stress testing.Current RN license in the state; BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, NRP, or relevant specialty training upon hire.Must pass pre-employment assessments.
