Role Overview

Responsible for overseeing the delivery of direct and indirect nursing care, ensuring safe and optimal patient outcomes. Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, directing and supporting nursing staff to meet care goals. Provides professional leadership, guidance, and support to the healthcare team, aligning activities with the facility's vision and mission.
