Clinical Supervisor - Full-Time

About the Role

Provide leadership, supervision, and clinical oversight for behavioral therapy services with a focus on clinical excellence, client satisfaction, and team development. Service areas include multiple communities, specializing in autism spectrum disorder therapy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality clinical practices and client progress through direct services such as functional behavioral assessments (FBAs), assessments, and treatment planning.
• Supervise and mentor Program Managers and Interventionists, promoting professional development and success.
• Conduct developmental assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP), functional behavioral assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and documentation for RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates following BACB standards.
• Collaborate with educational teams, participate in IEP meetings, and provide behavioral recommendations.
• Maintain billable hours, ensure treatment integrity, and deliver training to clients, families, and staff.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a related field and BCBA certification.
• Strong ABA, clinical, and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to give and receive feedback and work collaboratively.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred) are valued.
