Clinical Supervisor - Full Time

Role: Clinical Supervisor for the Emergency Department, responsible for both clinical and managerial duties in a fast-paced hospital setting. Provide direct and indirect patient care, including performing head-to-toe assessments across all patient populations.Communicate effectively with physicians, nurse managers, and co-workers about patient condition changes and diagnostic results.Lead bedside reporting using IMAP & SBAR, demonstrating supportive behaviors.Assess patient needs and prioritize care appropriately.Qualifications include current RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and emergency department charge nurse experience; TNCC and ENPC certifications are preferred.Skills required include strong clinical, communication, and leadership abilities to coordinate patient care and team collaboration.
