Clinical Supervisor - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in planning and delivering patient-centered nursing care in a busy hospital setting, including emergency, maternity, pediatric, cardiovascular, surgical, women’s health, and oncology services.
• Coordinates multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, optimal outcomes, supporting the facility's mission and goals.
• Supervises nursing staff, fosters teamwork, and demonstrates service excellence at all times.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN required.
• Minimum one year full-time or three years part-time acute care nursing experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in cardiovascular assessment, 12-lead EKG interpretation, and familiar with stress testing.
• Current RN license in Nevada, BLS certification, and relevant specialty certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP.
