About the role
The Clinical Supervisor ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care by competent staff. They collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to optimize processes, ensure appropriate staffing, and manage patient flow and bed allocation. As leaders, they inspire a shared vision, promote change, and model professional standards with a positive attitude. They provide mentorship, recognize staff efforts, and foster a culture of servant leadership.
The role involves holding care providers accountable for responsibilities and compliance with policies and regulations, and participating in staff evaluations alongside the Clinical Manager.
Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure
- 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience
