Clinical Supervisor - Full-Time

About the Role

This position is for a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) who will provide leadership, clinical oversight, and supervision within an evidence-based behavioral therapy organization. Responsibilities include supervising client cases through assessments, functional behavioral analyses, and treatment plan development, ensuring high-quality services and client progress. The supervisor will mentor team members, provide training, and ensure adherence to BACB standards.

The role serves clients in Santa Ana, Irvine, and surrounding areas, with a focus on fostering professional growth and delivering impactful behavioral interventions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain billable hours and supervise client cases through assessments, functional behavioral analyses, and treatment plan development.
• Supervise Program Managers and Interventionists, providing guidance and feedback.
• Conduct assessments and collaborate with educational teams to support client progress.
• Mentor team members and provide training to ensure adherence to BACB standards.
• Ensure high-quality services and client progress through evidence-based practices.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Strong Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) skills.
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred).
