About the role
Join a supportive organization as a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in a center-based ABA setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans
- Provide mentorship to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
- Deliver parent training
- Maintain high clinical standards and ensure quality care
- Maintain 30 billable hours weekly
- Support clinical consistency and contribute to training and quality assurance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Comfort with technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
- Background check, immunizations, TB test clearance
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
