Clinical Supervisor, BCBA

We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead and support a team delivering ABA services in-person, center-based, and at-home. Key responsibilities include Leading functional assessments and developing data-driven treatment plansProviding mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Program SupervisorsDelivering parent training and ensuring clinical qualityMaintaining 30 billable hours weekly and collaborating within a team to promote clinical consistencyContributing to training, QA, and curriculum development Qualifications Include A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related fieldAn active BCBA certificationExperience working with individuals with autism and developmental needsComfort with technology tools such as iPads and electronic data collectionBackground check clearance, TB test, immunizations; Spanish-speaking ability is a plus We offer a supportive environment emphasizing clinical excellence, professional growth, and collaboration.
