Clinical Study Manager

What You'll Do

• Oversight of clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure studies are on track and on budget.
• Management of study financials, including forecasting, budget tracking, and vendor reconciliation with multiple partners.
• Cohesion with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to facilitate smooth and high-quality study execution.
• Identification of operational risks early, proactive resolution of issues, and alignment of all stakeholders throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Application of clinical operations knowledge to evaluate and improve AI systems trained on healthcare and research data.

Who You Are

• Experienced in clinical trial project management with a strong grasp of budgets, timelines, and regulatory expectations.
• Skilled at managing CROs, external vendors, and research partners across complex, multi-workstream studies.
• A natural problem-solver who anticipates issues before they escalate and knows how to keep things moving.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A clear communicator who keeps cross-functional teams informed and aligned.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation workflows.
• Familiarity with AI tools or clinical data management platforms.
• Background working across therapeutic areas or global multi-site trials.
