Clinical Study Manager

What You'll Do

• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track and on budget
• Oversee study budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking across multiple vendors and research partners
• Cook up coordination with CROs, clinical sites, and internal teams to ensure smooth, high-quality study execution
• Identify operational risks early and resolve issues before they impact study delivery
• Keep stakeholders aligned and informed throughout the full trial lifecycle
• Apply your real-world clinical expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content in the clinical research domain

Who You Are

• Experienced clinical trial project manager with a strong track record managing budgets, timelines, and vendors
• Skilled at coordinating across CROs, external research partners, and multi-disciplinary internal teams
• Able to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing sight of quality or deadlines
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating independently in a remote environment
• Clear and effective communicator — written and verbal

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with clinical data standards or electronic data capture (EDC) systems
• Background in regulatory affairs, clinical operations, or medical research
