About the role

This is a field-based position. We are seeking a committed professional to join our team, required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential for this role, which also includes travel outside the territory, presenting opportunities for broader engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a focused approach to developing new and under-penetrated markets, key opinion leaders, and targeted accounts to achieve sales revenue targets and grow market size/share for a specified region.
  • Promote, sell, and service Medtronic's Neurovascular products and therapies.
  • Support sales representatives with execution of key sales and marketing programs.
  • Prioritize and develop corporate relationships with vascular fellows and fellowships programs.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing programs.
  • Develop and implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
  • Evaluate customer needs and feedback regarding new products and/or modifications to existing products and communicate to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years experience*
  • Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years experience*
  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience*
  • Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
  • Must be able to drive approximately 60% of the time within assigned territory and may require overnight travel.
