You will support two key product lines:

  • GlideScope®: The first video laryngoscope, now the global market leader with a broad range of visualization systems, single-use and reusable blades, stylets, stats, and video batons.
  • BFlex™: Single-use bronchoscopes introduced in 2019, offering the convenience of single-use tools with the performance of reusable bronchoscopes. Paired with GlideScope, BFlex delivers the industry’s first total airway solution.

Responsibilities

  • Be a Trusted Partner: Collaborate with Field Sales to provide technical and clinical support for customer appointments, product demonstrations, and evaluations to achieve BFlex revenue goals. Maintain customer relationships through ongoing support and follow-up across hospitals and departments.
  • Clinical Expertise: Attend patient cases and procedures, advising physicians and clinical teams on clinical workflows, benefits, and applications of our airway and respiratory product line. Provide subject matter expertise in product and clinical competencies. Assist in establishing Periodic Automatic Replenishment (PAR) levels for BFlex ordering.
  • Understand Your Market: Stay current on market trends, competitive products, and alternative clinical methods. Educate team members and attend trade shows, workshops, and cadaver labs as needed.
  • Achieve and Exceed Region Revenue Targets: Partner with Field Sales to generate sales activity through in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal generation, and customer presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of related clinical experience.
  • Clinical experience in a hospital setting as a certified/registered respiratory therapist or 2+ years of industry clinical sales support.
  • Technical knowledge of airway management and bronchoscopy devices, either as an industry clinical representative or hospital staff member.
  • Must reside within the greater Charlotte or Raleigh areas.
  • Must be insurable with a valid driver’s license and able to meet vendor credentialing requirements (including COVID-19 vaccine).
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
  • Average overnight travel is 12 nights per month, with up to 80% overnight travel required within the assigned region (NC, SC, western VA, TN, and northern MS). Daily travel to accounts as needed.
  • Required travel for annual sales meetings, regional meetings, and in-person trainings.

Pay

  • Base Salary: $80,000–$95,000 (varies based on skills, experience, and location).
  • Bonus: Up to $10,000 (based on 100% regional quota attainment; pro-rated for new hires starting after January 1st).
