About the Role
The Clinical Specialist with Stryker's Enabling Technologies will provide clinical product support to all end users and on-site guidance during surgical procedures. This role involves training surgeons and operating room staff on the operation of navigation technologies, associated equipment, and instruments to ensure procedural efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Use proprietary software to prepare pre-operative scans for use with Stryker’s Enabling Technologies system, assist in preoperative planning, and provide intra-operative guidance.
- Provide prompt and accurate complaint reports per Stryker’s quality system requirements.
- Support case coverage at accounts and collaborate with Sales Representatives and Marketing to increase communication around product performance.
- Actively sell the clinical benefits of the products and build strong relationships with key surgeons and OR staff at targeted accounts.
- Grow the utilization of navigation technologies by increasing volume with current and potential surgeons.
- Obtain purchase orders for products consumed during surgical procedures and maintain/track case coverage purchase orders for services provided.
- Support the development and execution of the sales plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred OR 6 years of clinical experience.
- Sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
- Ability to handle instruments that may have been contaminated by blood or other bodily fluids.
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Possible off-hours, weekends, and holidays to support business needs.
Pay
Annual pay range: $59,900 – $83,300 USD (varies by location).
